The Annual Set Apart Conference with Leslie Ludy
June 4–6, 2021
Join us in Windsor, Colorado or Via Simulcast!
A Note from Leslie:
Victory in Christ is within our grasp! In a time when many of us have felt discouraged or even defeated by circumstances beyond our control, I believe it’s critical that we gain fresh vision for the victorious life God intends us to live as His beloved daughters. During this powerful weekend, we will discover how to practically apply God’s victorious reality to our personal challenges and struggles. We’ll also explore what it means to walk in the supernatural joy, peace, and triumph that only Jesus can offer, no matter what is happening in the world around us. I hope you will join me for this encouraging and refreshing weekend as together we fix our eyes upon our victorious King!

Conference faqs
Is there a waiting list I can join to stay on-campus for the conference?
Yes! Simply email our team team here with your desire to stay with us on the beautiful Ellerslie Campus. Please include your first and last name, email, phone number, and numbers of spots you’re requesting. And don’t forget that you can stay off-campus and enjoy discounts at participating hotels — see below for details!
What age group is this conference appropriate for?
The Set Apart Conference is appropriate for women of all ages! The content at this event is uniquely prepared to meet women in all different seasons of life, with the unchanging truth of God’s Word. Whatever age you are, and no matter what your background or experiences have been — we are convinced that if you join us at this event with a heart soft and ready to receive God’s Word — you will be deeply encouraged, challenged, and impacted!
From teen and college aged young women — to middle-aged women and older, women of all ages attend. (Content is appropriate for younger girls, as well!) Mothers come with their daughters, and church groups often attend together. Since the focus of each message is on becoming set apart for Jesus and building a deeper relationship with Him — these truths apply to any stage of life!
Will the material be different from previous conferences?
Yes! Leslie is preparing brand new sessions for this year’s event. All of the sessions will be Christ-centered exhortations to live a life fully given to Jesus Christ, for His glory!
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, if you are hosting (or tuning in for) a LIVE simulcast, you MUST register by June 3rd to ensure that our team can provide you with the information you’ll need to tune in.
What if I have to cancel my registration? Can I receive a refund?
If you registered for this conference prior to March 24, 2021 and need to cancel your registration prior to May 15, 2021 you can:
- Send someone else in your place
- Request a refund of your registration cost – a $25 cancellation fee will apply
If you registered for this conference prior to March 24, 2021 and need to cancel your registration after May 15, 2021, refunds cannot be provided. However, you may apply your registration fee toward a future event or choose to send someone else in your place. (Note: a canceled on-site registration can also be immediately converted to a simulcast registration along with a $50 credit toward a future event or online course of your choice.)
If you registered for this conference after March 24, 2021 and need to cancel your registration, we apologize that refunds cannot be provided due to a modification in our refund policy effective on March 24, 2021. However, you may apply your registration fee toward a future event or choose to send someone else in your place. (Note: a canceled on-site registration can also be immediately converted to a simulcast registration along with a $50 credit toward a future event or online course of your choice.)
In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances (i.e. a public health order) force us to postpone or cancel the in-person event, refunds cannot be offered, but your registration fee will automatically be applied to a simulcast registration for this event, along with a $50 credit toward a future event of your choice. We so appreciate your understanding and support of our ministry through these unprecedented times!
Are there COVID-19 precautions in place for this event?
At this year’s event we will be implementing the following COVID protocols: basic health questions upon check-in, regular sanitization of our accommodations and campus, and food service that is in agreement with county health guidelines. Masks will not be worn by our staff and will not be required for attendees, but you are welcome to wear one if you desire. For further details, reach out to our team here. Please note that there is limited space for this event so we encourage you to register soon. And, don’t forget our simulcast option is available as well if you are unable to join us in person!
Will there be DVDs of the conference for sale?
No, we will not be producing DVD sets of our conferences or retreats. If you would like to view the sessions for this year’s event, we encourage you to consider signing up for a simulcast. The streaming videos will be available until December 31, providing plenty of time to watch the conference sessions!
What’s appropriate to wear to the conference?
Colorado weather in early June is warm and beautiful! Please feel free to dress casually (jeans, capris, etc.) with light layers to accommodate for the warmer weather. We also suggest bringing a sweater or jacket, as the morning and evening hours are often cool. (If you happen to sit by an AC vent in the chapel, you’ll be glad you brought a sweater to keep warm during the event.)
Can mothers and daughters attend together?
Absolutely! We encourage mothers and daughters to attend together when possible — it is a great way to deepen your relationship with each other as you share a life-changing experience together!
Will there be a “Day at Ellerslie” this year?
While we will not be offering “A Day at Ellerslie” as we have in past years, we will be offering a special bonus session with Eric Ludy on Saturday from 4:15–5:30 entitled, A Set Apart Season at Ellerslie. At this session, you can learn all about Ellerslie’s Discipleship Programs and how they’re intentionally designed to lead you ever closer to Jesus!
What if I am under 18?

Please note: this does not apply to minors who are attending with a parent or guardian.
Do you have gluten-free or dairy-free meal options?
Yes! Our kitchen loves to prepare tasty gluten-free and dairy-free options to those who request it. While we wish we could accommodate other dietary restrictions, at present we only offer a GF/DF meal option.
