Subscription FAQs
We currently publish four seasonal issues each year — winter, spring, summer, and fall. Each of these issues release approximately around the following timeframe:
Winter – January
Spring – April
Summer – July
Fall – October
In order to receive the upcoming issue of Set Apart Magazine, you will have to start your subscription at least one month prior to the release of the new issue.
i.e. If you wish to receive the summer 2021 issue (arriving around July 1st), you must subscribe on or before June 1, 2021. If you subscribe after June 1st, your first issue to arrive in the mail will be the fall issue.
We don’t currently offer an international subscription option, but individual magazines are available for purchase and can be shipped internationally. If you are an international customer who has unintentionally purchased a Basic Print or Deluxe Membership, a store representative will notify you and a full refund of the incorrect subscription will be granted.
Another great option is to join our Basic Online Membership. This will give you immediate access to our entire digital magazine library (along with so many other amazing resources) PLUS special member-only discounts with the release of each new issue! Learn more here.
Log in to your membership portal and go into the settings page (in the top right corner of the membership). On this page you will see two tabs in the top right corner. Click “Billing Info.” On this page you will be given the option to manage your payment information. If you have questions or need assistance, email us at [email protected].
Should you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into your membership portal and going to the settings page (in the top right corner of the membership). In the top right corner, you’ll see two tabs. Click “Billing Info.” On this page you’ll be given the option to end your subscription.
If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected] and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. While you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, please note that refunds for past payments are not available.

There is no renewal process for your monthly membership. You will be charged on a month-to-month basis until discontinuation occurs. Your payment method will be charged on the numbered date of when you purchased your subscription each month. (For example, if a subscription is purchased on May 15th, each recurring payment will take place on the 15th of each month.)
While you may cancel your subscription at any time, please note that refunds are not available. Access will be removed immediately upon cancellation. There is no cancellation fee for magazine subscriptions.
In the event that your magazine is returned as undeliverable, our store will promptly email you to update your address. Please note that if our store representatives are not able to establish contact after three attempted communications, your membership will be canceled. In the event that your magazine does not arrive due to failure to update your address with our store, subscription magazines will not be re-shipped. If your magazine does not arrive as the result of a complication with the postal system, our store representatives will do their utmost to ensure that the magazine arrives in your mailbox.
